I used my Adobe Gallery Effects filter on this photo. First, I applied the watercolor effect. (brush detail "9"...shadow intensity "0"...texture "1")
Then I enhanced the edges once. I then applied the Adobe Gallery Effects texturizer. (sandstone...100% scale...relief "4")
